This is a Wool German Army Officers Schirmmutzen Visor Cap in field grey wool with NAVY BLUE piping.
Blue waffenfarbe was worn by Medical officers. Please note: This cap has dark navy blue piping, which is not quite correct.
This is otherwise a very good reproduction, handmade from an original in a heavy wool material, with leather sweatband, dark green velvet band, black peak, silver bullion cap cord, metal cap eagle and oakleaf wreath and cockade insignia.
